Q. Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. BookdUp automatically detects when a client is writing in Spanish and replies in Spanish — and switches back to English just as easily. Nothing to configure.
Q. How do I see my schedule?
Text schedule (or agenda) any time and you'll get today's bookings right back. You also get a text the moment a new booking comes in, so you always know your day in context.
Q. What if a client needs to cancel or reschedule?
They simply reply can't make it (or no puedo ir) and BookdUp takes care of it — opening the slot back up. No awkward phone calls or missed messages.

Tier 1 covers booking, reminders, and schedule by text. Tier 2 adds deposit collection when clients book.
Q. What if I'm running late?
Text delay 15 (or tarde 15) and BookdUp lets the affected clients know you're running about 15 minutes behind, with their updated time. Text ready (or listo) when you're back on schedule.
Q. Is client information secure?
Yes. Client details are encrypted and never sold or shared. Your dashboard is private and password-protected, so only you can see your bookings.
