How You Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from BookdUp when you text a service provider's BookdUp booking number to schedule an appointment. By sending that initial text, you consent to receive booking-related SMS messages from that service provider's BookdUp number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You may receive: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders (typically one per appointment, sent the day before), and responses to your booking inquiries.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
